Greene & Co. win Gold!

Greene & Co. are thrilled to have scooped a gold award for Best Small Lettings Agency at the 2011 Lettings Agency of the Year Awards.
Described as being ‘head and shoulders’ above the competition in terms of our marketing and innovation in customer service, Greene & Co. caught the judges attention for a number of new, market leading approaches we have taken to separate us from the rest of the market.
A bespoke CRM programme is helping to build long term relationships with customers and the team has recently launched e-books on a variety of topics. The website has been re-launched with some excellent new features including the option for potential tenants to match lifestyle preferences to rental properties. We also have video blogs and property book reviews.
Ricky Stone, Greene & Co’s Lettings Director undertakes a series of roadshows to meet landlords face to face, making up to 60 visits per month. This level of customer services again went some way to help bag the gold.

This prestigious award was presented to Greene & Co. at the ceremony as part of Lettings Live, is association with The Sunday Times and The Times. Christopher Hamer, The Property Ombudsman was chairman of the judges.
Hornsey go up!
Greene and Co, proud sponsors of Hornsey Cricket Club and are thrilled to see the clubs return to Division 2. Hornsey’s victory against Indian Gymkhana sealed the top-two spot with a game to spare, putting the club back up where they belong.
We were also touched to read a special thanks to Greene & Co. in the Ham & High Broadway.

Greene and Co. wins Gold and Silver at the annual Estate Agency of the Year Awards November 2009
Improving on standards and results for last year Greene & Co. go from strength to strength winning not one but three awards. Gold for Best UK Medium Agency and Silver for Best Customer Service and Best London Agency. The event, now in its sixth year, is widely recognised as the most important in the industry calendar for Estate Agents, that prides itself on a judging process that is fair and consistent. This year the approach to decision making was to reward those firms that had made clear progress last year when facing notoriously difficult market conditions.
Greene & Co. were delighted to receive the award. Owner David Pollock said: “This is recognition for the fantastic work carried out by every member of our team. Success at the Estate Agency of the Year Awards is not easily come by. As the only awards judged by an independent panel of industry experts, each entrant is required to go through a two step process; submission of a written questionnaire is then followed by a telephone interview with a judge. The whole process is overseen by the Arbiter for the industry Peter Bolton King as well as being endorsed by industry bodies the National Association of Estate Agents and the Association of Residential Lettings Agents.
