I've been to the Holly Bush as well! I went there for my Birthday last November, we went on a Sunday and had roast dinner...it was delicious! We managed to get into a little room on the left as you walk in with a lovely roaring open fire (I've got a bit of a thing for pubs with open fires!) It was really nice and cosy tucking into a roast whilst keeping toasty warm by the fire. We've been vowing to go back ever since, but haven't made it. If you do go there, I recommend getting the cheese board - it includes a cheese called 'stinking bishop' which is divine! I imagine the Freemasons to be a great place to go in the Summer, as you can sit outside and look out over the heath. Apparently the Hollybush in Hampstead is also amazing - really old, great menu, great decor etc. Have been meaning to try it for ages.
